00:47 — ServiceNow has made a big move into ERP workflows, including finance and supply chain. Workday has a “slew” of generative AI products. Oracle has launched Alloy, which allows big cloud customers to become cloud providers. Additionally, Salesforce had a huge product launched this week around generative AI.

01:20 — Many of the Cloud Wars Top 10 companies have unveiled innovative new products, but Bob offers his own nomination for a product launch of the year — or maybe even of the decade?
