Examples of AI Applications in Operations (06:16)
Henson Group deployed an AI chatbot for the HR department and it handles policy questions and allows the HR team to focus on higher-value tasks. The AI bot also assists in employee onboarding by handling background paperwork and integrating information into the HRIS system. He discusses the importance of starting with a body of knowledge for AI implementation, using the HR bot as an example. Savage notes it’s a best practice to perform significant upfront analysis and ensure data readiness.
