01:10 — Cloud desktops feature multi-layered security from the cloud providers to the existing client software to Zero Trust security and adherence to a least privilege model.

01:20 — For maximum performance, the software can live in the user’s closest cloud region.

01:30 — The software works with Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure today so users retain flexibility in terms of cloud providers.

01:50 — The company’s founder, Amitabh Sinha, says security is the biggest driver for customers, especially in today’s prevalent hybrid work and WFH environment.

02:10 — The manufacturing firm Rohm used Workspot when it needed to securely connect engineers from third-party partners to a bandwidth-hungry 3D modeling application being used in a manufacturing setting.
