00:04 — Vodafone Business and ServiceNow have formed a five-year strategic partnership to enhance customer service through AI-powered automation. The solution, built on the ServiceNow platform, aims to improve Vodafone’s ability to manage customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and deploy tools more rapidly.
