Highlights
35 — Google Cloud has gone beyond cloud infrastructure — although it is still important — but is looking at the ways in which partners can help deliver outcomes to customers as it relates to artificial intelligence (AI), customer experiences (CX), growth, and innovation.
06 — In speaking with Ichhpurani, Bob learned that Google Cloud’s partners ecosystem is rapidly evolving to include co-creation, new customer priorities, and enhanced business models.
57 — A new focus of Google Cloud, called Industry Value Networks, allows the company to “mix different, unrelated pieces of its ecosystem, to create new combinations that customers need to pursue the new initiatives they have these days.”
49 — By the end of 2023, or in the near future, Google Cloud wants 100% of its revenue to be “partner attached” or “for partners.” Additionally, Google Cloud’s Delivery Readiness Index (DRI) is a tool that Google Cloud partners can utilize to ensure they are up to speed with Google Cloud technologies and capabilities and also provides insights into customer demand.
53 — Google Cloud’s commitment to having 100% of its revenue “partner attached” sheds light on the fact that the company needs a diverse and thriving ecosystem to help reach that goal. Ichhpurani emphasized that as new demands and needs arise for customers, Google Cloud needs to keep up.
