00:41 — ServiceNow’s executive team, including President and COO “CJ” Desai, announced enhancements to the company’s platform, introducing generative AI and ERP automation in procurement. Desai introduced “The ServiceNow Assist” featuring domain-specific generative AI use cases. He also touched on some exciting generative AI initiatives around text-to-code, where large-language model (LLM) platforms are trained on ServiceNow code.
01:44 — SVP of Global Education Amy Regan Morehouse expanded on the ServiceNow Rise Up Program’s goal of upskilling one million digital workers by 2024 (it has already achieved this with 400,000 people to date and is partnering with 41 different companies, including Microsoft). The company is also launching Talent Connect to match skilled digital workers with employers.

02:16 — Vanessa Smith, the president of Servicenow.org, outlined the expansion of ServiceNow’s efforts to help nonprofits leverage technology to better serve their constituents.
02:27 — Lastly, ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott shared that CEOs are under pressure to achieve business model transformation via digital transformation. He cited a study showing only 19% of CEOs see a positive return on investment (ROI) on their IT investments. McDermott posited ServiceNow as the single end-to-end platform for digital transformation, with a positioning of integration and not having to rip out existing technology, all of which has been resonating with C-suite leaders.
