Highlights
00:14 — Bill McDermott, the CEO of ServiceNow, is intent on ensuring that he’s creating his own future. McDermott’s always been somebody who sees around the corner over the horizon, and now as he’s nearing the end of his fifth year at ServiceNow, he’s creating a new position for the company. He said ServiceNow will be the AI platform for business transformation.
01:29 — Starting today in Las Vegas, ServiceNow’s Knowledge24 annual customer and partner event is taking place. It’ll be a great kickoff for this new idea. In Q1, ServiceNow reported subscription revenue up 25% to $2.52 billion. Fifteen of its top 20 deals involved seven or more products, showing broad adoption among customers of ServiceNow’s product line and basic value proposition.
