00:53 — As it relates to Dynamics GP, something that is impacting the community is the maturity of the product, explains Kerry. Being that the product has been around for more than 25 years, some of the Dynamics GP experts are starting to retire and the “transfer of knowledge” is being lost. Something else Dynamics GP users are faced with is finding ways to allow the product to interact with “modern technologies” such as artificial intelligence (AI). Overall, the “biggest trend from the GP side” is finding a way to continue enhancing the product.
