00:10 — Tony says that he uses a technique in companies where, if during a meeting, more than 50% of a conversation is on tactics rather than customer needs, he stops and redirects the discussion.

00:34 — If organizations do not understand what is going on with customers, they will not get very far.

00:43 — Data modernization is important for companies that are struggling with silos of data. Currently, organizations have their data in various places. Data modernization can help to streamline the process and create a “single component of truth,” says Tony. It is important to not have multiple components of truth out there.
