Highlights
00:28 — In the opening keynote, Celosphere attendees heard from Celonis Co-CEO Alex Rinke and Wil van der Aalst, “the godfather of process mining.” At the opening keynote, in which the standing room was packed, one could feel all the energy built up, say Tom and Kieron. Inside the room, there were close to 3,000 guests.
01:10 — Rinke discussed the new products that Celonis is launching. These new products are designed to give customers a new perspective and enable employees to share a common perspective through Celonis technology. Rinke said it would not be Celonis if it were not time to “take it to the next level,” adding that “once one has seen the technology, they won’t be able to unsee it.”
01:53 — Rinke’s focus was on developing the already-existing Celonis technologies, which is a key theme. Celonis is not trying to reinvent the wheel, but rather, offer innovative solutions based on its already existing technology that already works.
02:22 — From a product standpoint, Product Sphere was “probably the biggest highlight.” Process Sphere was about identifying the interconnectedness of business processes and identifying areas for improvement. In general, the idea is a comprehensive global analysis that has immense potential for customers.
03:03 — Process Sphere is classified as a move from 2D to 3D. Before, Celonis described its technology as an “x-ray of business processes,” but now describes it as “an MRI.” Rather than focusing on a single route of business processes, the “MRI vision” allows one to see the entire route.
03:37 — Rinke discussed Business Minor, which is a solution built around democratizing technology. During the Business Minor demo, Rinke explained that one does not need to know what process mining is to use the solution. The solution is an intuitive, interesting way to consider process mining for wider business use cases.
04:57 — Kieron and Tom will continue to share their learnings and insights from Celosphere 2022 with the Acceleration Economy audience.
