
In other tech initiatives, Cirque is exploring facial recognition to capture audience members’ emotions and reactions to different aspects of a show, such as what and how many objects a juggler juggles. This would allow testing of different experiences to better understand fans and then deliver more captivating entertainment. These are all part of a customer-focused, digital transformation the company is undergoing.
An overriding goal: Evolve from being show-centric to being customer-centric, without losing the brand’s magic, while also expanding into digital through customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
