ServiceNow Launches AI Agents for Customer Service, IT, and HR, Plus an Orchestrator

In today’s Cloud Wars Minute, I discuss new AI agents from ServiceNow.

Highlights

00:05 — ServiceNow has unveiled thousands of pre-configured AI agents designed for use cases across customer service, IT, HR and other core enterprise functions. The agents will be accessible via the Now platform, which serves as a centralized hub or control tower for deploying and managing AI agents. There’s also a new AI Agent Studio that provides a no-code, natural language based interface for creating custom agents. ServiceNow also launched its AI Agent Orchestrator tool, which serves to coordinate and combine agents to automate complex multi-step workflows.

AI Agent & Copilot Summit is an AI-first event to define opportunities, impact, and outcomes with Microsoft Copilot and agents. Building on its 2025 success, the 2026 event takes place March 17-19 in San Diego. Get more details.

00:55 — A reason why ServiceNow can do this without overwhelming its customers is because of its focus on unification. This is helping to remove the complexity for the customer and to enable ServiceNow to scale its launches at a rapid pace.
