Smith said, “27 times faster.” It’s helping customers map out precisely the best way for each individual customer to move in based on that company’s overall technology maturity, data maturity, and the way they’ve aligned their plans for agentic AI with the desired business outcomes.
02:30 — The AI Agent Value program offers customers easy-to-use but powerful KPIs around the agents it’s released — which ones are working, which ones are doing exactly what they’re supposed to do, which ones are getting the most use by employees in the organization, and where there might be any difficulties. If something’s off, they’re going to pick that out early and jump on it.
