Welcome to the first episode of a new Cloud Wars Live monthly series: Tinder on Customers. Bonnie Tinder is the founder and CEO of Raven Intel, an independent B2B peer review site that’s amplifying the voice of the customer. She focuses on software customers, consulting partners and software vendors, and helps identify the best partners for their needs. In Tinder on Customers podcast episodes, Bonnie and I talk about how choosing the right partner is critical to success.

Episode 1

Bonnie and I agree that COVID-19 was a massive reset. When digital transformation projects that were happening prior to March were clipping along, life was good. And then wham! Big projects were taken down, and every single company changed their scope.

We also discuss Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella’s recent comment that the tech world has gone through two years of digital transformation in the past two months. Amid such change, Bonnie says that businesses that were forward-thinking and had a presence were the ones who came out on top. Finally, Bonnie concludes with the need to have a connection with customers and employees, and the necessity to reinvent yourself from the ground up.
