00:19 — SAP has announced a new generative AI copilot called Joule that will deliver insights in context using natural language. It will be embedded across SAP’s cloud enterprise portfolio including applications for finance and supply chain as well as the SAP business technology platform.
00:39 — Joule will navigate multiple systems to extract contextually specific data that provide users with better insights. SAP compares the experience to tapping your smartest colleague on the shoulder.
0:56 — Joule follows a now recognized format whereby users ask a question in simple language and receive an answer derived from the business data within SAP and third-party sources. Before the close of 2023, it will be available with SAP Success Factors solutions and further integrations will follow.
