00:50 — impress.ai is extending the concept of converting prospects in the funnel to the employee recruitment process.

01:30 — The company aims to make recruiting more efficient by focusing recruiters more on the high-level tasks they’re capable of, while leaving repetitive and routine tasks to AI-powered automation.

01:50 — They want to ensure candidates have a great experience with the brand so that the truly compelling ones don’t get lost in the HR shuffle — and that they’re advancing in the funnel. 

02:50 —If the candidate is satisfied, they can upload their resume, answer relevant screening questions about qualifications, and so on.  If the candidate clears the screening process, they are asked to take an assessment to determine how well they align with the job requirements based on scoring performed by impress.ai.

03:00 —  Early customers say they’ve cut loads of time from their screening process and gotten good feedback from candidates.
