So what we’re starting to see is a lot more adoption of coding agents, things like Claude Code, and we see GitHub Copilot as an example of coding agents.
00:56 — These things are really intended for you to be able to get answers and be able to use them in a way to be able to do things mainly off of RAG patterns, or retrieval-augmented generation type of scenarios. What we’re seeing is, when we start going into the co-workspaces, this is where we’re getting into administrative assistant-type functionality.

01:30 — But it’s primarily focused on making sure that you’re getting something for your personal productivity to enable you. Now, when we move over into things like coding agents, and this would be a GitHub Copilot or a Claude Code type of scenario, these are specifically tuned for creating IP and creating specifically code or writing applications.
02:00 — And this is where you’re going to see a lot of plugins starting to come into play, and skills, because while we can do that inside of co-work, and many people will find a lot of value in that, you really see that coding agents are really going to strongly invest in this space.
02:17 — Now the last piece is going to be custom agents and workflows, and we are really getting into where we want to build business applications or business automations, and these will be used when you want to build something very specific and something that is an application for redistribution and reuse. So when you’re thinking about building something, just make sure you think about what is the right agent for you.
