Cloud Wars Expo Day Three concluded with a flurry of quick-hit presentations from industry startups on the expo floor’s aptly-named Innovation Stage. An array of services, apps, and tools were presented to a panel of four Acceleration Economy experts, including Cloud Wars Founder Bob Evans. From on-demand spare parts to products designed to streamline and diversify hiring processes, the focus of each presentation aimed to solve one of today’s universal business challenges.
Each presenter was held under a hard cap of just three minutes to present their unique business solutions, with five — Cloudthread, Crosschq, Insite, Najaxa, and Specright — earning their way onto the judges’ designated “short list” and qualifying for $20,000 of additional marketing aid each from the Acceleration Economy platform.
Of all the day’s impressive ideas, tech tools, and presenters, CEO and Founder Min Chen impressed most with Wisy’s retail intelligence app. An appropriate portmanteau of “wise” and “easy,” Wisy’s intuitive app dramatically increases the accuracy of a company’s real-time shelf data, reducing the potential revenue lost to out-of-stock products and optimizing retail execution and operations.
Wisy was awarded the Cloud Wars Expo 2022 Startup of the Year title, and with it a $40,000 marketing campaign through Acceleration Economy’s channels free of charge.
