02:12 — AmerCareRoyal is in the food service disposables business, serving fine dining, quick service restaurants, stadiums, and cafeterias. Its products cover both the back of the house, which is the kitchen area that requires gloves and hairnets, and the front of the house, which is the restaurant area that needs placemats, takeout containers, bowls, plates, cups, straws, and bar supplies.
03:20 — As an acquisitive company, AmerCareRoyal was looking to model its ERP data to understand business processes. Its analysis started with order to cash but the company was shocked at the number of touch points involved from order to cash. So, Celonis was brought in to utilize business process modeling. Since then, it’s become much more than that.
05:05 — AmerCareRoyal realized quickly that it was able to answer everyday business questions in near real time, so the company ended up using it more as an operational dashboard.
07:40 — DeSandre says it’s a really important tool for continuous improvement that really helps do drill-downs and build baselines. Those baselines help the improvements when they are realized.
08:10 — DeSandre is attending his first Celosphere; he previously attended a Celonis roadshow. He looks forward to meeting a lot of different partners. Another team member is joining him and they look forward to tapping the community and networking. They also want to understand use cases from peers and explore use cases they haven’t addressed yet.
