01:12 — Since that time, Walmart has launched numerous customer-centric initiatives that keep Walmart at the forefront of digital innovation. Now the industry cloud and digital innovation work are all coming together, in the form of a partnership between Walmart and Salesforce to make Walmart technology broadly available to other retailers.

01:57 — The retail and cloud software giants are making key Walmart retail technologies available in the Salesforce app store, thereby enabling omnichannel capabilities in the retail industry. This includes Walmart’s Store Assist technology and Walmart GoLocal.

02:09 — With Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management, retailers can manage customers’ omnichannel shopping experiences across one platform while using AI and real-time data for solid customer experiences.  Let’s keep our eye on Walmart for continuing insights on cutting-edge tech leadership.
