Highlights

00:10 — While staying at a hotel, McDermott placed an order from a coffee company that had a location in his hotel, and also one across the street. He used the mobile app and incorrectly ordered from the one across the street.

00:34 — With ServiceNow, the incorrect order was immediately canceled because the system knew geospatially he was in the hotel right next to the counter. All the accounting was handled. A refund was given and the new charge was applied from the shop in the hotel.
