Results from the Pulse market analysis were announced June 9, in the annual webcast hosted by IndustryWeek, which can be viewed HERE. During the webcast Craig Schiff, CEO of BPM Partners, the leading independent authority on Business Performance Management, presented the results of a comprehensive market assessment that included the seventeen leading performance management vendors that offer budgeting, planning, reporting and consolidation systems.
BPM Partners covered a list of performance management vendors for 2021 and included vendor’s customer satisfaction ratings across 6 key categories: “Overall Satisfaction”, “Financial Self-Sufficiency”, “Financial Consolidation Functionality”, “Budgeting and Planning Functionality”, “Customer Support” and “Ease of Use”. The BPM Pulse Awards respondents who rated vendors and products, self-identified themselves as users of the vendors’ products being rated. They were asked to score their vendor and product satisfaction on a 5-point scale with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. deFacto Global received a 4.92/5 for Overall Satisfaction, the highest of any vendor for two years running.
