00:11 — Secure data access solutions provider Okera has two two types of customers: regulated and structured. A difficult problem for customers to solve is to build technology stacks for themselves.
00:26 — “Forward-thinking bank” Capital One is an example of a regulated and structured company that tried to build its technology stack itself, but needed help to get that done from Okera. As a design partner, Capital One pushed Okera beyond its limitations in terms of what tomorrow’s big bank will do, and ultimately brought it to a position of technology leadership and provided opportunities to work with forward-thinking leaders who are setting the stage for policy and the future of technology and “how things happen at scale,” says Napiltonia.
01:11 — Yotpo, a smaller company in the e-commerce marketing space, invited Okera to work on the governance layer of its technology stack, making Okera the middleman in the operations. Okera was able to make it so that Yotbo employees get access to company data the first day they start.
01:52 — The issue of delayed communication and missed opportunities no longer exists because Okera manages these problems for customers.
