Cloud Wars caught up with TJ Graven, Under Armour’s Senior Vice President of Global IT, for an exclusive interview at SAP Sapphire Now 2019 in Orlando. As a long-term customer of Qualtrics and now of SAP, the Under Armour team has a unique perspective to share. Because the company is already gaining an enhanced understanding of their own customers through the combination of operational data and experience data: the Xs and Os that make up experience management.

In this conversation, TJ and I discuss how 21 years of innovation at Under Armour shapes how the company runs today. Plus, TJ shares his plans for increasing transparency throughout the organization, measuring success, and bringing on the right talent in a highly competitive environment.
