Each month, “Lochhead on Different” episodes explore the need to differentiate people, products, and services in a world that encourages a lot of imitation. Christopher Lochhead is a best-selling author, top podcaster, and former tech-industry CMO. He’s a student of not only business and technology and marketing but also human nature, human folly, human genius, and very human joy.
Episode 13
In this episode: Chris and I look back to December, when a lot of companies had just completed their best year and were heading into what they thought was even a better year. In January, the economy was on fire – near record lows in unemployment. Then February started getting a little spooky. Then March hit and BAM! everything changed.
Restaurants, bars, airlines, hotels, etc. are going to open back up, but the question is how do we do it safely? Chris thinks the agenda is very clear right now. How do we save the maximum lives and protect people as effectively as we know how, and how do we build a strong America and strong global economy?
Concluding, Chris says the future is ours to choose. Get involved in your communities, and get involved in the trajectory of your company.

Human beings can create the future.' #CloudWars Click To Tweet 'Everything's up for grabs. Everything is being reinvented. There's no element of our society that isn't going to get reexamined.' #CloudWars Click To Tweet 'History tells us credibly that roughly 10% of companies actually get stronger as a result of a recession or a depression. So why wouldn't we make a commitment to say, we're going to be in that 10%?' #CloudWars Click To Tweet
