01:37 — Interestingly enough, healthcare providers are aware of a patient’s financial data, despite being aware of the patient’s medical history or reason for in-office visits in the first place.
02:04 — Medical records are “very verbose” and patients must be careful not to overload the provider with so much information that they cannot decipher it. The industry must have smart, intelligent solutions that enable vendors in the healthcare space to “work together for the good of patients and the good of providers.” There cannot be any technical barriers in this process.
