Highlights
30 — Earlier this week Celonis detailed innovative additions to its core products, which included a demo of how generative AI can enhance its core process mining tech.

15 — This week’s announcements from Celonis build on Object Centric Process Mining — the latest iteration of the technology — and the company’s “Intelligence API” to make process mining insights available more broadly. Celonis is demoing, along with a software partner named Rollio that makes virtual AI assistants, the combination of generative AI with process mining. This creates the ability to use natural language requests for the first time to extract process mining insights.
04 — This is another big step toward democratizing its technology, while building on existing AI and ML technology and applications, including one called Duplicate Checking that identifies duplicate invoices and has been credited with saving customers millions of dollars.
40 — Work with generative AI partners is one clear example of how Celonis is aiming, through its API, to expand the ecosystem of software programs that can capitalize on process mining data. Celonis also said that Business Miner — its more “democratized” version of process mining announced late last year for everyday business users — is now available with process-specific exploration capabilities for accounts payable and receivable, procurement, and more.
40 — One final innovation to touch on is an application called End-to-End Lead Times, designed to help companies with the myriad supply chain issues that have arisen since the onset of covid. With this application — a clear reflection of the more complete views enabled by object-centric process mining — a business leader can track from the point when a material is secured all the way through the distribution of a finished product to an end customer.
