- The virtual employee: Bill Gates, Chairman and Founder of Microsoft is saying 50% of employees going forward will work from home – and 30% of office space will diminish.
- A huge gap in the industry: Bringing in diversity is a huge priority. Retaining talent so that they stay for 10 or 20 years is another goal.
- Looking ahead to 2021: The head of talent needs to be much more focused on earning the right to be a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
