Highlights

00:09 — Krishna says he always give people the advice to go in three steps. Step one: Take things that are extremely low-risk and deploy AI there — meaning customer experience, answering service calls.

00:29 — Step two: focus on things that are a little bit more risky but still not entirely high-risk, such as internal enterprise functions. Examples are accounts receivable, procurement, and supply chain. And there’s a whole long list. We all know that 10 to 20% of any enterprise spend is in that second bucket.

00:51 —Then, step three: if you’re a hospital, applying large language models to oncology and diagnosis. The excitement is more in the third bucket. Still, do the first two, because there’s a lot of value to be derived for enterprises there.
