This is about making sure that the skills that you’re investing in as an organization are aligned with what is coming. Maybe what’s coming is using and applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

You want to make sure, in this conversation, that you’re able to talk about contract terms, breach notifications, and security requirements that flow downstream to your organization.
02:41 — The last conversation is with whoever’s in charge of growth, sales, or marketing. You want to make sure that these people are integrating the organization’s preparedness into product or service positioning. Alignment is absolutely key between security and these value centers.
