00:50 – Bob says Oracle is tackling the Industrial Revolution 5.0 on two fronts. For its mainstream, fusion-cloud applications, Oracle is inserting more industry-specific capabilities while still maintaining its traditional position for those applications. He says these will be “industry-flavored” versions of the company’s already existing line-of-business (LOB) apps.

03:25 – Oracle’s acquisition of Cerner was “the cherry on top” of this work because it demonstrates the benefits of combining deep industry expertise with a company that has been working in these industries for years, says Bob.
