Dian Taylor is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP and Dynamics 365 (CRM) Presales Engineer (Director) at RSM. She is a seasoned pre-sales and implementation consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) since 2011.

In this brief interview, Dian chats with Aaron Back, Senior Analyst with Acceleration Economy Media. They discuss what attendees can learn from her Community Summit sessions.

Dian will be sharing her experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with three sessions. Her primary goal is to help people increase their efficiency and gain competitive advantages with the use of customization.

Dynamics 365 Sales & LinkedIn Sales Navigator Together: In this session, Dian will discuss the functionality of the integration between Sales Navigator and D365 Sales. She will cover how to set up the integration in both environments. Additionally, she will discuss how everything works, from validation to record matching and more.

Getting started with Power Virtual Agents: Microsoft Power Virtual agents is a low-code/no-code solution that allows subject matter experts, with no IT experience, to build bots on their own. In this session, Dian will be discussing all the components of Power Virtual agents. She also shares how bot builders can utilize them to quickly build topics within Power Virtual Agents. I will also discuss how we can utilize Power Automate flows to perform actions, and how we can integrate the tool with Omnichannel for Customer Service. This presentation will be filled with lots of demonstrations so that everyone will get a better understanding of how easy it is to get started with power virtual agents!

The Power of D365 Sales: In this session, Dian will discuss the most important components of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Insights. I will discuss how they work and how someone can configure the different pieces of the application. I will also discuss the Sales Insight features that are available. This presentation will also have a lot of demonstrations.

Dian is looking forward to networking, building relationships, and talking to people in person. She also loves the sessions that Summit 2021 is offering this year.
