This week, we’ll be joining over 19,000 attendees, including a huge number of representatives from ecosystem partners, at Knowledge24, ServiceNow’s annual user conference in Las Vegas.
This event gives ServiceNow’s customers and partners the chance to participate first-hand in announcements about the latest product releases, interact with and learn from their peers, and maximize the value they derive from the ServiceNow platform.
What to Expect
With AI developments dominating the tech industry and acute customer interest in the topic, it’s not surprising that AI will be a central theme at this year’s Knowledge conference. ServiceNow is committed to AI with a focus on how to put the technology to work for people, a commitment reflected in its AI application suite. Around two-thirds of the sessions at Knowledge24 will focus on AI, company officials say.
This year, ServiceNow is building on its Think Big thought leadership sessions by inviting some of its key partners, such as Accenture and KPMG, to lead these fireside chats. Rather than focusing on ServiceNow products and services, these deep dives explore leading business and technology issues, such as how to reinvent the workforce for the AI era.
Knowledge24 Lab sessions allow attendees to delve deep into the company’s technology and get hands-on with the product. Participants are provided real product instances and onsite gurus help users optimize the experience with ServiceNow apps. Roughly a third of all this year’s Labs are GenAI-focused.
For sessions taking place on the show floor, ServiceNow has ditched the traditional “hard-wall’ approach and instead created open theater spaces. The theater sessions will be short and impactful, delivered in multiple formats: led by ServiceNow, led by ServiceNow with customers or partners, or led by customers or partners themselves.
ServiceNow wants every attendee to craft a bespoke experience at Knowledge24 so that, if they see something they are interested in, they can stop and listen to the session and then follow up with an SME and check out a demo.
Women in tech will be the focus of a dedicated track on Thursday; it will include tech-agnostic sessions including roundtables and panel discussions designed to spark empowering and insightful conversations for female technology pros.
Focus on Collaboration
ServiceNow wants Knowledge24 to be interactive. The aim isn’t to emulate college-style lectures, but instead to encourage attendees to talk to each other, share experiences, and build networks. Nowhere is this intent more visible than in the roundtable conversation areas where tables of 10, including SMEs, will discuss and debate a specific topic before presenting solutions derived from the conversation.
By fostering interactivity through multiple forms of engagement, ServiceNow endeavors to have attendees leave with a deeper knowledge of the products they use, a clear understanding of how they can use them to advance their business goals, and a healthy addition of LinkedIn connections with whom to continue the conversation.
Stay Tuned
We’ll be covering the Knowledge24 conference on location with daily round-ups, articles, and interviews with ServiceNow executives and partners. So, stay tuned for all the latest news.
