In this Cloud Wars Live interview, we talk with tech industry analyst Joshua Greenbaum. As an in-demand advisor to some of tech’s biggest players, Josh has an incredible level of insight into industry mindsets. We start with the question of how business customers are feeling about their options, their partners, and their opportunities in today’s fast-paced world. We explore the challenge of “silos” on both the customer and the vendor side, and the need for the two to meet in the middle. Then we discuss why tech companies have to stop “showing how pretty their underwear is” and instead focus on high-level solutions. Finally, Josh shares some updates from his passion project, the U.S. Vote Foundation.

Joshua Greenbaum is Principal, Enterprise Applications Consulting; CEO, ProQ Inc.; CTO, U.S. Vote Foundation. He’s an industry analyst and consultant who’s been following the enterprise software market for 30 years.
