In this session, Dian will be discussing all the components of Power Virtual agents. She also shares how bot builders can utilize them to quickly build topics within Power Virtual Agents. I will also discuss how we can utilize Power Automate flows to perform actions, and how we can integrate the tool with Omnichannel for Customer Service. This presentation will be filled with lots of demonstrations so that everyone will get a better understanding of how easy it is to get started with power virtual agents!
The Power of D365 Sales: In this session, Dian will discuss the most important components of Dynamics 365 Sales and Sales Insights. I will discuss how they work and how someone can configure the different pieces of the application. I will also discuss the Sales Insight features that are available. This presentation will also have a lot of demonstrations.
