Join a cast of moderators as they lead us through a review of the material associated with this certification exam. Content will cover Microsoft’s exam guide (found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/mb-600). Each week we’ll cover a section of the material and discuss the items we believe most pertinent to the exam. This is a collaborative study group – while we have moderators lined up we are always open to questions, insights and knowledge from all participants!

Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools have been available as add-ons for Dynamics 365 (both CRM and ERP offerings) for quite some time. But many companies don’t fully understand these solutions and how they can help their business – and others are trying to fit a CPQ solution into a business model that doesn’t work that way. In this session you will leave with answers to 4 questions:
• What is a CPQ Solution?
• What kinds of businesses does it work for (including case studies)?
• How can it help my business?

This session is designed to give participants a high level overview of IFRS 15 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers, and IFRS 16 – Leases. These two recently update accounting standards have been called the most complex accounting changes in the last 30 years. Are you and your team ready for them? If you have not yet implemented, what do you need to know? If you have implemented them, how do you move forward?

In this session you will learn the role of the c-suite in managing a CRM project, in adopting CRM, and in using CRM to drive change within their businesses. Executives will leave with a clear understanding of how to drive change – even transformation – by using the power of CRM. Project leaders will leave with a checklist for getting, and keeping, the c-suite engaged in your project.
