Adam Piercy

Adam Piercy is a Senior Solutions Architect at Hitachi Solutions. He has led the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects across North America and Europe. He has over 10 years of experience in both government and private sector transformation projects.

In this brief interview, Adam chats with Aaron Back, Senior Analyst with Acceleration Economy Media. They discuss what attendees can learn from his Community Summit session.

Adam will be sharing his knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in his session. His primary goal is to help attendees view public comments as a valuable tool in building relationships with customers.

Taking Portal Comments to the Next Level: Portal Comments are a powerful feature for a busy Customer Service team. Because of poor user flow, they are often underutilized.  By using an embedded Canvas App, learn how we can take the cumbersome Portal Comments and elevate it into a fully-fledged Messaging App. This can lead to a more intuitive user experience for your customer service reps.
