Many of us felt the impact of the pandemic in some way when we consider the Food and Beverage industry. Obviously, as consumers, we saw our favorite restaurants close or shift in how they operate. For instance, this directly impacted the livelihood of many restaurant owners or workers. Many made difficult decisions, such as closing their doors. Meanwhile, others found innovative ways to keep going.
