Consumers are more informed than ever before. This puts tremendous pressure on organizations to ensure they have the right content in the right places and at the right times. This truly impacts the purchasing decisions no matter where they are in that purchasing cycle. 

With the global e-commerce market set to hit about $24 trillion by 2025, the purchasing power of the consumer is enormous. 

In this episode, I explore the concept of the informed consumer and leave you with a few areas to consider in your content strategies.
