Heidi Neuhauser is the a Partner and Director of Customer Success at reEnhanced. She is an expert with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CDS, Power Automate, user adoption expert, and much more!

In this brief interview, Heidi chats with Aaron Back, Senior Analyst with Acceleration Economy Media. They discuss what attendees can learn from her Community Summit sessions.

Heidi will be sharing her experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with three sessions. Her primary goal is to learn new tools to make life easier and gain comfort to determine which model app experience to use in any situation, as well as understand different learning types to help guide training.

10 Tools To Help You Be a Super System Admin in Dynamics 365 CE:

This session is designed for new or newer CRM System Administrators. During the session, we will cover 10 tools to help attendees become well-equipped System Administrators.

3 ways to train your users & how to reach all learning styles:

There are three main training methods. For instance, the methods are:

  1. In-person (classroom or 1:1)
  2. Remote
  3. Train the trainer.

In this session, we will discuss each as well as which training methods work best with the different learning styles. Additionally, attendees will learn different approaches and when one might work better than the other

The new model-driven app design experience:

In June, Microsoft released a new model-driven app design experience for Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform customers. This session will compare the “old,” legacy designer to the new one. It will teach attendees how to use the new interface. It will also have live demos. Finally, this session will include a live app build in Power Apps using the new design experience.

Heidi is really looking forward to talking to people in person, networking, and seeing the content that other people are presenting.
