Through the years, I have honed my skills as a techno-functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant and analyst. I specialize in D365 Sales and Marketing. Whether I’m working in the Marketing, Business Development, or IT department, I actively foster open communication to ensure a unified user experience. I have led teams in three upgrade and re-implementation projects: the first from an on-premise (ver. 4.x) instance to the cloud, then to the new Unified Interface, and currently, working with stakeholders across the company, to transition D365 as the source of truth for all systems. I have completed the requirements to be a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Business Applications (MCSE), Professional Scrum Master I, and a North52 Business Process Activities Cadet. I am a frequent presenter at the annual CRMUG/D365 Summit conference and quarterly local meetings.
