With automation tools everywhere you look, people are still sometimes overlooked as a critical part of the automation equation. However, this means taking a look at what type of people are needed for each part of your automation process.
Part of the automation process is asking simple, but powerful questions such as:
- What’s holding you back from adopting automation?
- Do you need to review your current automation process and strategy?
- Do you have plans to scale your automation as your organization grows?
Each of these questions will require people at each and every phase. This series will explore The Who, What, When, Where, Why of Automation. In this episode, I’ll take a look at the “who” of automation. The people needed and things to consider between bots and people.
