Highlights
35 — A common concern with the development of AI is that the technology will replace people in their jobs. Ronak reassures that people “need not worry at all, your job is absolutely safe.” Rather, AI can enhance your skills within your roles, such as by leveraging generative AI and tools like ChatGPT.
17 — Because companies are trying to leverage new technologies to increase productivity and efficiency, they will be creating and offering new roles in the market. Soon, nearly every company will be using generative AI because the common tools they use, such as Microsoft or Google platforms, will already be integrated with it.

06 — For instance, it might take an HR representative a few days to create and publish a job posting. However, generative AI can enable them to research, write, and release the job posting within a day, or even within minutes, as it may be as simple as plugging in a few prompts to develop.
33 — Ronak contemplates the role of the “prompt engineer” as generative AI continues to advance. This role could involve people who “ask really good prompts to technologies” to get an accurate output. A role such as this could increase productivity and efficiency levels.
50 — Another role could be AI artists. Designers and artists “might transition into the roles of AI artists where they take the help of AI to generate the entire art and then add their own creativity within that,” Ronak describes. “The end product will be so beautiful because it’s a combination of AI and humans, and it can elevate the level of designing” compared to what they were doing before.
48 — Ronak believes that there will be more employment stemming from generative AI development, and even more skills and roles being enhanced. The human touch is still a requirement at every stage of development.
