Highlights
Innovation (00:49)
ServiceNow announced an extension of its partnership with Nvidia to further bring GenAI into the hands of customers. The partnership focuses on bringing GenAI to the telecommunication industry. There are two core areas ServiceNow and Nvidia are targeting:
- Customer Service: GenAI can be used to summarize calls, guide agents, and engage directly with customers
- Incident Management: GenAI can streamline the incident management workflow from creating tickets to summarizing situations as they occur.
This partnership exemplifies the power of co-creation within the world of AI. ServiceNow brings not only the customers but also the business data, operations, and IT management expertise. Nvidia offers the tech infrastructure and the development expertise. Customers can be assured of the quality of the models from both a performance perspective as well as security and privacy perspectives.
Funding (03:46)
Israel-based GenAI startup Bria announced a $24 million Series B funding round to expand the development of its platform. Bria is focused on infringement-free image generation. The startup built its own platform from the ground up with two principles in mind:
- Being purely focused on enterprises
- Ethical development of its models
The outputs of the Bria platform do not infringe copyright laws. Licensed from artists, repositories, and media companies, the training data, or image set, is highly vetted to exclude toxic data that could show up in the outputs again.
Bria developed a unique attribution system that looks at the output image, backtracks which images in the training data were the most important or influential, and splits commissions with the creator or image copyright holder. This platform enables users to hit the ground running, generating images through Bria’s web app or API.
Solution of the Week (07:59)
Salesforce announced the public beta release of Einstein Copilot. At a high level, Einstein Copilot brings the power of GenAI into the Salesforce CRM. Users can quickly deploy this copilot and integrate their own models and data with enterprise-grade security and privacy in mind. It also helps users navigate the CRM more effectively and efficiently.
Einstein Copilot comes with a set of pre-programmed actions and hosts a tool called “prompt builder” that activates custom prompts. The real value of Einstein Copilot comes from its deep integration into the CRM and broader Einstein 1 platform.
