Hello everyone,
I just watched this video by @curbal Ruth Martinez Pozuelo showing the capcabity of the GPT-3 by openai.com to auto generate DAX code from natural language.
You can skip to 2:00
This makes me think that writing code going to be completely useless in the near future and how good are the results of such a tool.
Can tools like this understand the nuances and the optimization on which we spend so much time?
I would love to have a disucussion on how effective are such tools going to be with everything moving to the low code – no code stage.
In my opinion, Microsoft did a really good job by introducting quick measures, which was sort of a plug and play and reduced efforts in writing generic measures. I think that GPT-3 is overkill and probably not that good, at least today.
Hoping to have a healthy disucssion!
Thank you,
