With attention spans shorter than ever before, it can be tough trying to get someone’s attention. Content is flying at us from every direction, but it’s important that the content is engaging and available at the right times.

In the “Back @ IT” episode, I look at the distracted consumer and the paradox that exists with the informed consumer. Additionally, I’ll highlight areas to focus on and the impact on the decision journey.
