Attend this session and you’ll hear from Kim Peterson, who has worked in the Dynamics channel for over 37 years and been on both sides of the equation. You’ll gain ideas on how to better manage these working relationships and activities. It’s a session designed for both ISVs and VARs to learn about what is possible and to start by setting expectations. Having expectations will help you decide who and how hard you want to dance with someone.

Kim Peterson

Kim Peterson has been in the Microsoft Dynamics market since January of 1983! Her experience includes building and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics community by working with Users, Microsoft and Partners. For the first 21 years of her technology career, she was employed by Great Plains Software and Microsoft. During her tenure, Kim held roles in sales and marketing. After Microsoft, she developed vertical industry knowledge by working at different Microsoft Dynamics Partners in catering to the supply chain and non-profit industries. Starting in 2010, Kim led GPUG as the director, responsible for building a greater GP community of over 6,000 company Members. Then employed by InterDyn BMI as Director of User Experiences leading existing client sales and educational offers to clients. Kim launched her own company called Dynamics Connections. Dynamics Connections is servicing Microsoft providers with ISV education to help businesses grow. This includes coaching, educating and connecting businesses who can help each other expand in the technology service business. Key components are pre-determined quarterly educational sessions with Dynamics VARs, educating them on companion products and offerings.
