I have been working with MS Dynamics CRM/CE since 2010. Most recently, I led a CRM implementation with 1,200+ users I love to create workflows (learning Power Automate), customize forms, evaluate and prioritize requirements from the business and train end users. While a chapter leader, the Kansas City Chapter was selected Chapter of the Year twice! In 2019, I was named a CRMUG All-Star and I presented at Summit in 2019 and 2020. To say that CRM (D365 CE) is my passion is an understatement!
