Jennifer Hershberger is a Solutions Specialist with QCI. QCI has the technical skills, coupled with an acute business understanding, to help you execute projects successfully and on schedule.
In this brief interview, Jennifer chats with Aaron Back, Senior Analyst with Acceleration Economy Media, on what attendees can learn from her Community Summit sessions.
She will be sharing her experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP across three sessions this year. Her primary goal is to help people find the right solutions for their Dynamics GP problems.
- Employee Self Service: This session will dive into the self-service features of Dynamics GP. And, hopefully answer questions, such as:
- What will employees have access to?
- What capabilities are available for managers?
- In a payroll staff role, what service options are available for employees?
- Help! I’m Unbalanced, and I Can’t Close: This session will unpack areas of Dynamics GP that will help people with balancing their general ledger (GL) which impacts the year-end close and the month-end close process, and can assist with a smooth audit process.
- Make It Rain: This session will focus on handling payments in Dynamics GP. The goal would be to help know:
- How do I pay my vendors?
- What do I do if I have temporary vendors?
- What options are available in GP to help me streamline the process?
- How do I manage ACH or EFT?
Jennifer is looking forward to attending Community Summit this year for a few reasons. First, she enjoys presenting and helping people discover those “a-ha moments”. Secondly, she is looking forward to learning from others even as a veteran in the GP space.
